WILD 95.5 Winner Release Form

The winner acknowledges and agrees that by accepting the prize and signing the release, the winner and anyone from winner’s household may not enter or win any future contests on the same station that they were awarded a prize until after a period of thirty (30) days from the date that they were declared a winner on that station. In the event that WILD 955 discovers that a winner or anyone from winner’s household wins another prize on the same station within a thirty (30) day period, the prize shall be forfeited.

In the situation of cancellation of an event (ie; Concerts) or closure of a business beyond our control, to which tickets or prizes were won through WILD 955, we are not responsible for reimbursement of tickets, prizing, or cash value.

All decisions of WILD 955 in connection with the contest are final.
